Keeping Track

So life happens and then well life happens.  In all of that sometimes you forget the things that are important that don’t seems quite as important.  Exercise, eating healthy, getting your thoughts in order and written down. Thank You Notes

  I was recently reminded that taking the time to hand-write a note of thanks, or thinking of you, is extremely important. Writing connects our bodies to our brains and our brains to our emotions. We often talk of journeying to get our feeling out. Well that shows in what you write. The act of writing a note to someone, even “have a nice day”, makes you smile, makes them smile and reminds everyone that no matter how bad there is someone who cares. Write It Down

  Journaling…what does it mean to you? As I have been using my planners and keeping track of things, one of the things that I love most about both planners I am using is that they have review of the week, and daily “what are you excited about” and “what will you improve on” and “wins for today”.  In addition, I bought the Danielle LePorte Planner and I have washi taped the “schedule” section and use it for daily reflection.  The whole set up is designed in such a way that it is perfect for daily journaling.
