Create space for you to be you! Don’t let the world outside take over everything. Purposefully create a space that is yours alone, that you can breathe in, decompress in, and center in. This is a space that helps you balance, gives you a moment to ground yourself and remember who you are, what is important to you, and why you matter.
Never doubt that you are loved, that you are needed, and that you are an integral part of the world. When you begin to, head for that space that you have created for you. Balance, center, ground and remember that you are worthy and you are important, and you are enough, even just for you.
