This is yesterday’s blog this morning. The reason? Family time and Date Night. Those are two very important things.

One thing I have learned through the trials and tribulations of being an adult is to make time for your relationship. Family time is important, but so is your relationship.

In the middle of being so busy with everything else from work to extras to everyday stuff, we often forget to feed our relationships. This will cause strife, tension and disconnection. Taking time for the two of you is very important. When all the rest of it fades off there is just you two left and you want to still be connected.

If you aren’t currently in a relationship, playdates are still important. Coffee, a movie, a shopping trip with your bestie all work to get you out of your house, your head and to de-stress!
